Designing High-Conversion Product Pages for a National Kids Fitness Franchise

The Project

A fast-growing U.S. franchise offering children’s fitness and movement programs partnered with us to design and build a new series of product pages that would drive more class bookings.

As the company scaled to new locations nationwide, it needed a website experience that communicated its core values — safety, trust, and excitement — while converting parents into trial sign-ups.

We were responsible for both the design and custom development, ensuring the pages aligned with the brand’s national identity while allowing for easy replication across local franchises.

The Challenge

The existing site successfully explained the concept but did not effectively convert visitors into bookings.

Parents arriving on the site wanted reassurance that classes were safe, structured, and taught by professionals. However, the original content hierarchy buried the unique benefits and left key questions unanswered.

Our challenge was to redesign the experience to clearly highlight the program’s USPs — certified instructors, small class sizes, expert safety standards, and developmental benefits — all while keeping the layout engaging and easy to navigate.

Our Approach

We focused on clarity, credibility, and emotional appeal.

Each new product page was designed to mirror the excitement of the in-person experience while addressing the core concerns of parents. Key actions included:

Developing a clear above-the-fold section with strong visuals, clear age group targeting, and direct calls-to-action.

Structuring the content around benefit-driven storytelling — focusing on safety, learning, and fun rather than just logistics.

Adding visual proof points such as ratings, parent testimonials, and instructor credentials.

Using a warm, energetic color palette and photography style consistent with the brand’s family-oriented image.

The pages were fully custom-built, optimized for scalability, and integrated with the franchise’s booking system to streamline sign-ups.
